Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our fine wines and food products, Robert Mondavi Winery can only accept returns for items that were damaged during transit or shipped in error. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival and contact our concierge team within 15 days for any quality-related concerns.
Report Damage
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take photos of the packaging and product and email our customer service team within 15 days of delivery.
Verification
Our wine specialists will review your claim and, if necessary, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.
Secure Packaging
Place the unopened bottles back into their original shipping containers to ensure they are protected from temperature fluctuations and breakage during transit.
Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
